-This academic year I received the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Arts Undergraduate Teaching Award (Early Achievement), as well as the Women in Political Science (Undergraduate Student Group) Professor of the Year Award.

-My first book was reviewed by Jean-Paul Gagnon in Political Theory.

-My article “Progress, technology, nature: Life and death in the Valley of Mexico” has been published in Theory & Event, and it is available as open access.

-My article “How many worlds are there? One, but also many: Decolonial theory, comparison, ‘reality’” has been assigned to an issue in the European Journal of Political Theory.

-My book review of Mathias Thaler’s No Other Planet is out now in Political Theory.

-My article Ecologizing democratic theory: agency, representation, animacy has been awarded the 2023 annual prize for best article in Contemporary Political Theory.
